2026 Annual Members Roundup and Banquet

REGISTRATION STARTS 9AM AND ENDS AT 10AM WHEN THE MEETING STARTS.

OET’s 56th Annual Membership Roundup Banquet and Meeting, Saturday February 21st, 2026. This will be an all member membership meeting but less business and more fun! Auctions, raffles, contests and more. Presentation on Horse 1st Aid and information about Oregon Dept of Forestry Horse Camps! Don’t miss out!

This year, once again, we will be meeting at Roth’s Fresh Catering. Location: 1130 Wallace Rd NW, Salem, OR 97304. Here’s what’s on the menu:

• Lunch Buffet – Potato Bar
• Dinner Buffet – Taco Bar

Please sign up in advance, you can pay at the door (We have to pay for each dinner so if you don’t plan on coming please do not sign up) If purchasing here, make sure to complete your name tag information before checkout! Thank you! There is limited seating. If you want a printed name tag you must pre register or email: vpoutreachoet@gmail.com no later than February 10th.
